MGI merger success story: Italy-based MGI Creo+ is born!
In a fantastic MGI and CPAAI merger success story, MGI is happy to announce that two of its longstanding member firms in Milan, Italy, have joined forces to create the all new MGI Creo+.
The merger story
Having chosen to use the MGI prefix as part of their firm name as a combined entity, Enrico Bressan, Partner at MGI Creo+ proudly explains how the merger came about.
“The inception of this merger dates back to September 2019, during a CPAAI EMEA conference in Milan. Dario and Giovanni came along to the meeting and introduced himself as the Milano member of MGI, and we, as the CPAAI member in Milan, realised the potential for collaboration.
Our offices were just 150 meters apart, and we discovered many similarities in our operations, along with unique specialties that complemented each other. This mutual understanding and shared vision led us to shake hands and commit to working together."
